Leaves are Fallin'

Each leaf you see in this collection started as a living thing, plucked at the height of its natural beauty, selected for unique individual qualities making it suitable for transformation into a treasure of pure silver or bronze.

Each leaf has gone through a lengthy layering, firing and patination process that allows its physical properties to transfer to the silver or bronze replication. The leaves hold every detail of their earthy beauty at the exact moment they were picked. Wearing  them is like wearing nature!

And as in nature, no two finished leaves are ever exactly the same…each carries the distinct contours and physical personality of its "parent". Insect holes are part of a leaf's charm, and are utilized by the artist as design elements, along with "dewdrops" placed in just the right spot...as if placed by Mother Nature herself!
